More About Wally's Pharmacy
Wally's Pharmacy was founded in 1974, and has for over four decades been providing quality pharmaceutical care to the residents of Mount Airy, and visitors to Surry County.
We are a compounding pharmacy, which means we can mix the drugs to fit your unique prescription needs. In some cases we can also add flavors to medicines to help the medicine go down easier. Since 1993, the pharmacy has been owned and operated by husband and wife team Lin and Kathryn Hamilton. Both are registered pharmacists, and have been residents of Mount Airy for over 25 years. They understand your needs, and are very proud of their high standards when it comes to customer service.

Kathryn and Lin are the mom-and-pop of this family-owned business. After meeting in pharmacy school at UNC, they settled in Mt. Airy in 1984. Since becoming empty nesters, they enjoy traveling, gardening, UNC basketball, and visiting their two grown children. They are proud to call Mt. Airy home and enjoy serving their community.
